About the role
The Senior Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all safety protocols and training programs
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Develop and implement safety improvement plans
- Respond to and investigate workplace accidents and incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a safety management role
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
