About the role
Safeguard the people who preserve history. Since 1992, Renaissance Historic Exteriors has been entrusted with restoring landmark buildings, including state capitols, century-old churches, and structures on the National Register of Historic Places. This role is unique in that it focuses on protecting a legacy rather than avoiding legal troubles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide safety programs and policies.
- Conduct job site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Onboard and train new field team members on safety protocols.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and adhere to multi-state regulations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive safety records and documentation.

Requirements
- 3+ years of safety management experience in construction, preferred; industrial/manufacturing experience considered.
- OSHA 30-hour (or better) certification and strong understanding of multi-state compliance.
- A field-first approach; earn trust through presence and expertise.
- Able to travel regularly between Illinois and Missouri job sites, provided with a company vehicle.
- Bonus points for CSP or CHST certification, Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
