About the role
The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Address and resolve safety concerns and hazards
- Develop and implement safety improvement plans
- Participate in safety committee meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with safety software and databases

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
