Construction Senior Project Manager - Ground Up Residential Projects

About the role

We are a family owned GC Group serving NYC for decades, specializing in Ground-Up Multifamily Residential Builds and Affordable, Mixed-Income Housing. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has run projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

The Lead Project Manager will work on Ground-Up Multi-Family projects, with a value of $120-500 million, and will have experience with Residential High Rise and Lump Sum projects in NYC.

Requirements

• Experience running projects from start to finish
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam software highly preferred
• Experience with Ground-Up Multifamily Residential Builds and Affordable, Mixed-Income Housing

Pay

The salary for this role is $150,000 - $230,000 per year.
