Responsibilities

• Lead Project Manager for ground-up multi-family projects valued at $120–500 million
• Oversee projects from start to finish

Requirements

• Experience with residential high-rise and lump-sum projects in NYC preferred
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software highly preferred

Benefits

• Extremely competitive salary: $150,000 – $230,000 per year
