Senior Ground Up Construction Project Manager

About the role

This role will drive complex ground-up construction programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ground-up construction projects hands-on
• Oversee all project phases from initiation to financial closeout
• Ensure full accountability for end-to-end project management
• Lead diverse project teams including architects and general contractors
• Provide weekly updates on project status, risks, and budget using JLL technology
• Develop risk management plans to mitigate project impacts
• Guide client decision-making with data and recommendations
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation in accordance with established formats

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of project management experience in design and ground-up construction
• Expertise in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web applications
• Understanding of architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, and construction costs
• Preferred certifications include Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, LEED, and PMP

Pay

$115,700 – $167,900 annually
