Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate construction projects
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Communicate with clients and team members to manage expectations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
