Responsible for scheduling and coordinating construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate construction projects
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Communicate with clients and team members to manage expectations
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Skills

  • Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
