About The Role
The Data Center Construction Scheduler supports the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures all phases of construction are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary and resource constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center or mission-critical facility projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Experience with BIM, Procore, or other construction management tools
- Scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus
