Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6 across multiple projects
- Collaborate with project managers and operations staff to establish baselines, milestones, and critical paths
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, variance analysis, and schedule impact assessments
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate schedule performance to leadership and clients
- Identify potential risks and delays, propose recovery plans, and support proactive problem-solving
- Maintain historical schedule data for use in forecasting and future project planning
- Support resource loading and allocation within the schedule to align manpower and equipment with project needs
- Cook up schedule reviews and updates with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in scheduling for construction or federal contracting operations
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
