Construction Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking a P6 Scheduler for our construction team, based in The Woodlands TX. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and produce monthly reports for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed baseline schedules for commercial, civil, modular projects.
• Track site progress and input updates from field superintendents and project managers.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential project delays.
• Produce earned value, resource-loading, and cash flow reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years in scheduling
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, clients, and cross functional teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive level communication skills.
• Highly developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk at a senior level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 per year.
