Construction Sales Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
• Sales focusing on fire protection with a focus on fire alarm systems
• Knowledge of fire alarm system installation requirements and methods
• Experience writing proposals and estimating
• Ability to establish customer relationships and build strategic partnerships
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
• Performs other duties assigned by management

Education/Qualification

• Experience with EST 4 and EST Edge platforms
• Experience with Mission critical facility fire protection systems
• NICET II or equivalent certification
• Experience utilizing quoting tools Bidnet And Bid Tracer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Bluebeam and Procore
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Other Duties

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
• Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to travel

Compensation

65K-85K Base Salary (depending on experience) + competitive commission structure.
