Construction Sales Representative

Full-time W-2 sales role in the Cleveland, OH branch. 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Driven to succeed and grow
• Experienced in sales with a proven track record

Pay

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions; weekly pay every Friday; monthly bonuses + performance rewards (trips, electronics, events).
