Construction Safety Specialist

Regional Safety Specialist supporting safe execution of electrical power, telecom, and broadband construction. Key Duties Include Conduct jobsite safety audits and observe work practices to identify hazards.Lead safety meetings and provide hands-on coaching to crews and supervisors.Support hazard identification and ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented.Verify PPE compliance and reinforce safe work procedures.Deliver OSHA-based training and maintain safety-related education for field teams.Investigate incidents, document findings, and help drive prevention strategies.Track and report safety metrics to monitor performance and continuous improvement.Promote a strong safety culture by partnering with field leadership and teams.Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications / skills: Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, strong hazard recognition and coaching skills, ability to lead meetings and training, competency in incident investigation and corrective action follow-through, and proficiency tracking safety metrics.
