We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have company summary, then job description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove duplicated lines. Job Title: Construction Safety Specialist Philadelphia, PA and South Jersey Area | Full-Time | CMI Then description: Compliance Management International (CMI) is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist for projects in Philadelphia, PA and South Jersey. Then there is "Build Your Safety Career with CMI" paragraph encouraging apply. Then EEO, Position Disclaimer, AI Statement, etc. Those are boilerplate to remove. We need to decide sections. We have company summary and offerings: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes company summary and role description. But we have separate "What You’ll Do" (Responsibilities). "Requirements" is explicit. "Why CMI?" includes benefits and compensation. There's also "Competitive compensation" under Why CMI. So we can have Benefits section (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k, career development). Pay section: "Competitive compensation" is vague but it's specific mention. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive compensation". That's specific enough? It's not a number but it's a statement. It says "Competitive compensation". That is substantive? It's not filler like "commensurate with experience". It's a specific phrase. I'd include Pay section with that line. Schedule: Not mentioned besides Full-Time. The posting says Full-Time. That's schedule info. Should we include Schedule section? It says Full-Time. That's specific. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-Time". However we need to avoid filler like "not specified". It's specified. So include. Benefits: we have many specifics. We also have "About the role" maybe combine company summary and role overview. Could also have "Qualifications" but we have Requirements. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements. But we should not create thin sections. We have Requirements already. Could also have Skills (strong hazard recognition etc). But those are in Requirements. Might be redundant. Better to keep only sections with distinct content: About the role (company summary + role overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Construction Safety Specialist. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

Company Summary Compliance Management International (CMI) is a premier global provider of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) services, serving clients of all sizes for over 30 years. We collaborate closely with organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and governments, to enhance performance by offering integrated support that prioritizes productivity and growth while minimizing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Company Offerings At CMI, we believe in building more than just careers—we cultivate a workplace where people thrive. But that repeats company summary and offerings; maybe we can split: About the role could be just the role overview: "Compliance Management International (CMI) is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist for projects in Philadelphia, PA and South Jersey. This is a long-term career opportunity for a hands-on Safety Professional with strong petro-chemical or refinery, OSHA compliance, and field safety experience." That's more specific to role. The company summary could be part of About the role but we might duplicate. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both but maybe combine. Better: About the role includes company summary and role overview. That's okay. Then Responsibilities
  • ... etc. Requirements
    • ... etc. Benefits
      • ... etc. Pay

        Competitive compensation

        Schedule

        Full-Time

We must not include sections with filler. Ensure we don't include empty sections. Now check for any duplicated lines: we should avoid repeating same sentences. In About the role we might repeat company summary and offerings; but that's okay as it's from posting. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Position Disclaimer, AI Statement, etc. Also remove "Build Your Safety Career with CMI" maybe it's not boilerplate but it's a call to action; but instruction says remove application instructions. That paragraph encourages apply; it's application instruction. So remove. Also remove "Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply." That's also application instruction; but it's under Why CMI? Might be considered part of benefits? It's about relocation assistance. It says "No per diem, travel, or relocation assistance is available." That's a condition; maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's a negative. Might be considered part of Benefits? It's about relocation assistance not provided. Could keep as a note under Benefits? But it's not a benefit. Might be considered part of "Why CMI?" but it's a limitation. The instruction: remove application instructions. That line is about applying; but it's also about relocation assistance. Might keep as part of Benefits? It's not a benefit. Safer to remove it because it's about relocation assistance not available, which is more like a condition. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; removing it might lose info about no relocation assistance. But it's not a benefit, it's a condition. The instruction says remove application instructions, not necessarily all lines about relocation. But "Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply." is definitely application instruction. "No per diem, travel, or relocation assistance is available." is also about relocation assistance; could be considered a condition of the job, not an instruction to apply. Might keep it under Benefits? But it's a negative. Could include under Benefits as "No per diem, travel, or relocation assistance provided." That's substantive. I'd keep it as a bullet under Benefits? Might be odd. Perhaps better to include under Benefits as a note: "No per diem, travel, or relocation assistance is available." It's still about benefits (lack thereof). I'd include. Now check for any other boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc remove. Now ensure we don't have headings with empty content. Let's draft HTML. We need to wrap each section:

        About the role

        ...

        etc. For lists:

        Responsibilities

        • ...
Similarly for Requirements, Benefits. Pay and Schedule as

. Now ensure we preserve all specifics: From company summary: "Compliance Management International (CMI) is a premier global provider of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) services, serving clients of all sizes for over 30 years. We collaborate closely with organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and governments, to enhance performance by offering integrated support that prioritizes productivity and growth while minimizing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance."
