Construction Safety Manager – Future Opportunities

About the role

The Construction Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in construction projects. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Train employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Address and resolve safety issues and accidents promptly.
• Develop and implement safety improvement plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with safety software and tools.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
