Responsibilities

• Owning schedule and cost for projects
• Driving change management
• Coordinating trade partners
• Ensuring communication is direct and consistent
• Leading teams and building trust with stakeholders
• Providing multi-project oversight and serving as the primary point of contact with owners and key partners
• Developing talent and mentoring teams
• Guiding the transition from award into execution across multiple locations and project sizes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience managing core project delivery (financials, schedules, forecasting, and execution)
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Broad understanding of construction operations and project delivery practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records review for business travel

Skills

• Exposure to advanced management or technical training (more critical at senior/executive levels)
• Application of lean practices and continuous improvement approaches within project delivery
• Expanded leadership responsibilities, including mentoring teams and developing future leaders
• Increased involvement in multi-project oversight, client relationship management, and business development (Senior PM → Executive progression)
• Deepening understanding of complex project environments, including scaling from single-project ownership to broader operational leadership

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is dependent on overall experience as well as experience related directly to data center construction. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
