Core Job Functions
- Participate in project hand-off meetings – review and comprehend bid documents & project correspondence
- Negotiate contracts to clarify scope and minimize risk
- Prepare and negotiate sub-tier subcontracts as required
- Compile necessary information and support internal project setup
- Create and maintain well-organized project logs such as submittals, RFI's, change orders, material, equipment, labor, punch lists, etc.
- Upon receipt of approved technical submittals, order materials, and coordinate the delivery
- Prepare and present project work orders to production – specs, drawings, details, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, budgets, etc.
- Communicate with production and meet with crews on-site as required
- Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) Reports, perform ongoing budget review, and post-project analysis
- Identify change order opportunities (price, qualify, negotiate, and manage the change in scope)
- Handle close-out documents (warranty, preventative maintenance, commissioning, service, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-builts)
- Provide and support the A/R Coordinator with billings and collections

Job Requirements
- Minimum General Education: High School Diploma
- College Degree Desirable
- Minimum Working Experience: Experience within the fencing and/or perimeter security industry preferred but not required
- Prefer 3-5 years of proven project management experience
- Experience working with federal contracts
- Must be located within the United States
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Be able to commute daily to the office and job sites as required
- Pass necessary background verification checks to gain access to Government worksites
- Valid driver's license
