Responsibilities

The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, ensures the overall success of construction projects by:

• Providing exceptional client service
• Leading the project team
• Managing project budget, schedule, and quality
• Overseeing contractual requirements and documentation
• Fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong understanding of building systems
• 2–5+ years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial construction
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Self-motivated
