Responsibilities
- Drive all phases of luxury remodeling and custom home projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to LaBonte's uncompromising standards of quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive and practical knowledge of all trades essential for luxury construction including UDC and job costing.
- Fluently read, interpret, and translate complex prints and shop drawings into precise construction activities for field teams.
- Show proven ability in project management software, scheduling, and digital communication tools.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years (10+ years preferred) of experience in leading project execution.
- Must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
