Construction Project Manager / Facilities Project Manager

About the role
We have an immediate need for a seasoned Project Manager to integrate within our internal project management group, acting as an owner’s representative to manage various projects across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating skills, technical expertise in Boiler & HVAC systems, and experience with large, fast-paced program rollouts in the Health, Science & Manufacturing Industry. Aligning expectations and building collaborative teams is essential.
This is a hybrid, temporary assignment based in Northern California or Central/South Tennessee, with 35-50% national travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct meetings
- Gather project requirements
- Manage design and construction projects
- Produce project plans, estimates, and logic-based schedules
- Work with procurement to tender design and construction efforts
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of ten years of active Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Rudimentary AutoCAD skills (preferred)
- Ability to travel 35-50% nationally

$70.00/hour
