What You'll Do
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget and overall execution from planning through closeout.
- Support vendor selection and review contracts, proposals and project plans for alignment.
- Track project costs, review pay applications and change orders, and identify cost risks.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, and performance, addressing delays and coordinating plans.
- Review design documents and oversee construction progress to ensure quality, compliance and adherence to scope.
- Find, purchase, track, and receive needed components for the project.
- Proactively identify issues and escalate with recommended solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating meetings and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Cookordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure alignment.
- Identify risks related to cost schedule and quality.
- Cookordinate project closeout, documentation and final inspections.
- Manage multiple complex projects.
- Travel to multiple locations in the Warren Equipment territory.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A High School Diploma with 6+ years professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years professional experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead diverse groups of teams and keep projects on budget, on time, and within scope.
- Proven business and personal savvy that inspires and effectively leads project teams.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as word, excel, and power point.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence on a weekly basis per project.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to interpret and create technical documents.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and plans.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
