Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain project schedules using company project management software
  • Manage active construction projects through all phases of production and completion
  • Cookordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and internal team members
  • Maintain project records, reports, schedules, and daily documentation
  • Provide ongoing communication and progress updates to clients and leadership
  • Ensure work meets company quality expectations and project specifications
  • Monitor compliance with applicable safety standards and building requirements
  • Lead internal planning meetings and project coordination discussions
  • Manage final walkthroughs, closeout documentation, and homeowner turnover process
  • Assist with sustainability and process improvement initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of residential construction experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management, superintendent, or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and construction/project management platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history

Compensation and Benefits
