Supple Homes Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Custom Residential Construction) to lead high-end residential projects from planning through completion. Based in Menlo Park, this role is ideal for an experienced residential construction professional who brings strong leadership, sound judgment, local building knowledge, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects in the Bay Area - Strong knowledge of California building codes, permitting requirements, and inspection processes - Demonstrated success managing large, architect-led custom home projects - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Experience using BuilderTrend or similar construction management software - Valid California driver's license and reliable daily transportation to local job sites - Strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and customer service - Must be based in the Bay Area or able to commute daily to Menlo Park-area job sites within a 10-mile radius

Pay

Full-time position with a salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 annually, plus a realistic bonus potential of up to $20,000, totalling $190,000. Annual performance bonus tied to profit goals, customer satisfaction, and administrative compliance.
