About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to work on great projects and make a meaningful impact on today’s society and the next generation. This role offers a quicker opportunity for advancement with a growing office and is open to candidates relocating.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from ground up, with a focus on large retail or light industrial experience.
- Oversee projects in the Philly/Wilmington market.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Construction or similar experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
- Experience with Commercial Construction required.
- Ground up large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
- Experience in the Philly/Wilmington market preferred.
