Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of new construction install projects.
- Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.
- Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with all necessary stakeholders to develop action plans to improve.
- Work closely with install and sales team to ensure we are meeting customer requirements.
- Handle a large number of documents/specs/schedules for the projects being managed in an organized fashion and keep each job up to date with current standings.
- Maintain proficiency with all construction processes including RFIs and change orders.
- Review job specs and door schedules, respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred.
- Project management, sales, estimation experience to general contractors are encouraged to apply.
- Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations.
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
- Have excellent organizational skills and show attention to detail.
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
- May require traveling to jobsites within territory for job inspections and material deliveries.
