About the role

The Project Manager position is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems, while executing a project from start until completion.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members on the conceptual development of a construction project to help oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
• Help to minimize cost and risk
• Ensure that all project products and services are risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner

Requirements

• A preferred 6-9 years of experience
• An organized person with a great eye for detail and great team spirit
