Construction Program Manager 3

Location: Remote (U.S.)

What’s the Job?

• Drive construction‑related programs, initiatives, and workstreams from planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining governance, accountability, visibility, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, trackers, reports, meeting outputs, training materials, and operational resources.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers while providing leadership‑ready reporting and recommendations.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program and/or project management experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or capital‑project environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills with experience influencing across teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam and P6 is a plus.

Pay

$74.31 – $80.04 per hour
