Responsibilities

  • Planning, budgeting, and oversight of design, construction, and occupancy while meeting regulatory standards within corporate policy.
  • Manages projects and leads the project PM team, promoting collaboration with internal and external customers.
  • Reviews proposed projects and evaluates alignment to organizational strategic plans.
  • Leads multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Serves as a mentor for Project Manager levels 1 and 2, assisting with departmental initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of progressively responsible work in design and construction project management.
  • Prior experience in healthcare construction preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Architect or Engineer, PMP Certification desired.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WI Main Campus
