About the role
A highly skilled Construction Project Estimator is needed to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project estimating, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects using industry-standard estimating techniques and software.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure that all project costs are accurately reflected and communicated.
- Prepare bid documents and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the value and feasibility of our projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in building codes and regulations to ensure accurate cost estimations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction project estimating.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized estimating software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working on multiple construction projects simultaneously.
