Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Construction Project Manager to work on a contract basis, overseeing construction projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and manage all phases of construction projects, guaranteeing conformity to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to settle issues and keep project momentum.
• Prepare and preserve project schedules, budgets, and monetary reports for executive assessment.
• Conduct site inspections to validate conformity with security protocols, structure guidelines, and project specifications.
• Manage procurement of materials, devices, and subcontractor services while negotiating advantageous terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects of $10M+ in value.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with cost control, change order management, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with local permitting processes and municipal regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
