Construction Project Manager

Role: Construction Project ManagerLocation: RemoteJob Type: ContractPayout: $100,000–$140,000/yr Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Construction Project Manager to work on a contract basis, overseeing construction projects from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reports for executive review.• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services while negotiating favorable terms. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects of $10M+ in value.• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore.• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction best practices.• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications.• Excellent communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Experience with cost control, change order management, and contract administration.• Familiarity with local permitting processes and municipal regulatory requirements.• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
