Job Description
This position is expected to start immediately.
- Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks
- Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress
- Participating in site visits. Coordinating and assisting superintendent as required
- Receiving, reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals/ RFIs/ etc.)
- Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract
- Working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate
- Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or other related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience in construction management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
