About the role
The Construction Project Coordinator (Project Engineer) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Prepare and review construction documents
- Manage project documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Resolve issues and conflicts related to the project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
