Position Overview/Responsibilities
- Support the department by managing standard operating procedures, file management, and financial reporting.
- Handle the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents, ensuring timely processing of invoices and pay applications.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to manage Tenant Improvement Allowance, license applications, and construction notices.
- Assist in the bidding process, document storage, and verification of new store addresses.
- Provide support in the use of Project Management Software and coordinate ad-hoc reporting as requested by leadership.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of related business experience, preferably in construction or finance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with Project Management Software like Projectmates or Procore.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
