What You'll Do

  • Research and identify qualified residential builders in areas where projects are planned.
  • Contact builders and discuss project opportunities.
  • Help obtain builder interest and bids.
  • Work with builders and Topsider staff to keep projects moving forward.
  • Answer builder questions regarding plans, materials, logistics and construction details.
  • Maintain organized follow-up by phone, email and text.
  • Affiliate with builder selection and construction planning activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Residential construction experience or related construction industry experience.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with builders, contractors and others involved in residential construction.
  • Working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials and building practices.
  • Ability to read and discuss residential construction plans and details.
  • Organized and comfortable following up on multiple projects at once.
  • Good phone and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including email, internet research, Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.

  • Residential construction.
  • Project management.
  • Project coordination.
  • Estimating.
  • Construction supervision.
  • Builder recruitment.
  • Other construction-related positions involving regular interaction with builders and contractors.

Compensation

From $70,000 to start, based on experience and capabilities.
