Construction Project Coordinator
About the role
Paseo Construction is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Engineer to support the seamless execution of construction projects from start to finish. This hybrid role bridges the gap between design, field operations, and project management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in the office and on-site—providing technical insight, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and driving operational efficiency. If you're highly organized, proactive, and ready to take on a dynamic role in a growing company, this is your opportunity. Paseo Construction is a vertically integrated Owner/Developer/Builder operating at the forefront of residential and commercial construction. Our core values—passion, integrity, and teamwork—are more than words; they shape our decisions, culture, and the results we deliver. At Paseo, we offer trust, autonomy, and the chance to work across all aspects of the real estate and construction process. With your growth as our priority, you’ll have the tools, mentorship, and flexibility to expand your career alongside our expanding footprint. Visit us at www.paseoconstruction.com
