Key Responsibilities
- Support field operations and project management with both technical and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Cookordinate and track project schedules, subcontractor timelines, and critical path milestones.
- Monitor budgets, assist with forecasting, and track cost-to-complete reports.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.
- Assist with field inspections, punch lists, and documentation of project progress.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, logs, and meeting minutes.
- Provide support during pre-construction planning and closeout processes.
- Serve as a communication hub between field teams, vendors, designers, and management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, engineering, or related fieldwork.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and construction documents.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with project management software (ProCore) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- No formal degree required—real-world experience and drive matter most.

Schedule
Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Weekend availability may be required based on project needs
Location
Hybrid between On-site at project locations and office
No regular travel outside the local project area
