About the role
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes managing timelines, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage project logistics
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
