About the role
The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the team by performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a vital role in keeping our project(s) running efficiently and supporting various team members in achieving their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the VP, Project Managers, Project Executive, Estimator/Planner, Superintendents, and other team members.
- Manage project documentation and files.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules.
- Handle correspondence and communicate with clients and vendors.
- Assist with budget management and financial reporting.
- Support team members with research and data collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.
- Understanding of contract administration and compliance.

Pay
Pay Range is $25-$30/hour.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 7:30 am-11:30 am
