Job Duties
- Makes sure projects move smoothly from early design to completion.
- Updates project managers and stakeholders with detailed progress reports.
- Schedules meetings and organizes logistical needs for projects.
- Prepares meeting minutes and manages Request for Information (RFI) logs.
- Maintains subcontract and submittal logs, as well as job files and as-built drawings.
- Develops and maintains project schedules with input from project managers.
- Keeps up-to-date with contract documents and subcontracts.
- Completes daily tasks such as logging, purchasing orders, work orders, daily reports, and invoice processing.
- Takes and prepares weekly project photos.
- Manages project closeout and ensures all required warranties are obtained for final acceptance.
- Maintains punch lists and coordinates with project managers.
- Ensures adherence to procedures and standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, construction science, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of related project coordination experience, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting design & construction.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good accounting skills and experience working in financial systems to manage projects.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and shift priorities.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs., walk half a mile unaided, climb ladders and stairs, and enter and leave excavations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior higher education experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
Hiring Range
$80,000 - $95,900 Per Year
