About the role

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Construction On-Site Representative to join our PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA or Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will bring clarity, consistency, and leadership to active job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the client’s primary on-site representative, providing day-to-day field oversight and coordination of construction activities
  • Manage and coordinate daily work of general contractors and owner-retained contractors to maintain progress and schedule alignment
  • Maintain construction quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Maintain continuous communication with owners, project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks
  • Organize and maintain job sites, field offices, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation
  • Prepare clear, detailed daily reports capturing progress, site conditions, staffing, inspections, and photo documentation
  • Support punch list execution, corrective work oversight, and project closeout activities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of construction site management experience required
  • OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes, construction industry laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Knowledge of multi-prime contracts required
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with detailed reported experience required
  • Prominent ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to job sites in South-Eastern Pennsylvania as needed

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000
