Construction Mechanic (Locksmith, Eastern Region)

Job Responsibility

• Performs detailed inspections, installations, and building repairs through standard knowledge of trade-specific techniques.
• Standard utilization of tools and equipment to efficiently complete installation and repair tasks.
• Collaborate extensively with trade-specific systems to complete specialized assignments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation, proposing actions to minimize risk and enhance performance.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems, identifying potential defects or inefficiencies and addressing them promptly.
• Absess and determine resources, supplies, and staffing needed to complete tasks.
• Performs the demolition of building elements, and cleans up areas as needed.
• Maintain standard working knowledge of construction practices and techniques, staying updated with relevant trade-specific safety procedures.
• Performs related duties as required.

Job Qualification

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One to three years of technical experience are required.
• Must be able to carry 60 lbs.
• A valid NY State driver’s license is required.

The salary range for this position is $62250.00-$100130.00/year.
