Our Geotechnical team in Hilton Head (Bluffton), SC & Savannah, GA is looking for a CMT Technician to perform field observation, inspection, testing, and sampling of soil, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, and asphalt pavement. You'll document findings in line with engineering best practices and building codes—helping ensure quality and compliance from the ground up. Join our Geotechnical Services Group and play a key role in construction and site development projects across the region! Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Data Collection and Analysis: Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.Improvement/Innovation: Accept changes at work and provide support when asked.Performance Management: Complete allocated work to the required standards of quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performanceRecommendations: Identify changes that may need to be made to ensure the organization is in compliance.Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
