Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring homes meet both company standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee each phase of construction, maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Conduct homeowner orientations.
• Manage inventory homes throughout the process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in residential construction management.
• Strong, on-site project management skills.
• A history of driving production through managing multi-trade projects on schedule.
