Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor construction activities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Cook with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Provide technical guidance and leadership
• Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Knowledge/experience of chemical blending facilities and equipment (tanks, pumps, agitators, etc)
• Ability to read and redline drawing packages including civil, structural, process, and electrical
• Strong project management and field oversight skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay & Benefits

This position pays between $40.00 and $50.00 hourly and is a non-exempt position.
