Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to and validate proposals and specifications.
- Conceptual Phase: specification development, establishment of milestone dates.
- Program Planning Phase: project planning.
- Design Phase: project design.
- Proposal Phase: conduct pre-proposal meetings, prepare proposal documents.
- Construction Phase: conduct pre-construction, manage project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Close-out: assist in final inspection, document upload.

Specification Development Stage
- Works with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to establish a scope of work for the project.
- Completion of specification requests and related documents.
- Responsible for specification review as required by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Proposal Stage
- Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
- Affixes to the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals.
- Prepares Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage
- Publish the Project Schedule.
- Aids the Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting.
- Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information.
- Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
- Obtains Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage
- Reviews Daily Inspection Forms and ensures they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files.
- Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager.
- Conducts Weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distributes meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
- Maintains Project Schedule and updates on a weekly basis.
- Maintains site audits as appropriate.
- Reviews subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager.
- Assembles AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval.
- Affixes to the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage
- Affixes to the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection.
- Ensures all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel out of town may include overnight travel.
- Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Open to relocation after completion of the program.
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,000 and $55,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
