Essential Job Duties
- Receive and process new, revised, and updated forms for signatures
- Distribute completed forms to Internal and External contacts
- Maintain and update agendas with new/revised information such as dates and permits, including expired permit dates
- Cook stakeholder reviews and approvals
- Maintain and update information to include all new, revised and updated activities
- Prepare and update agendas for each weekly workshop
- Aid in managing CALM processes
- Supports Airport-wide program administration Dashboard updates and reporting responsibilities
- Cook training and contractor onboarding
- Cook with City agencies and provide information to assist in the permit process
- Request concurrence from LAWA subject matter experts and notify outside contractors of concurrence and any restrictions
- Track and document concurrence requests and distribute notification of the upcoming project(s)
Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional experience; graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience
- Problem solver with a strong ability to prioritize and switch gears in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within the complexities of multiple agencies at all levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Geared to share information and communicate with team members
- A general understanding of civil construction
Hardware/Software Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Access and PowerPoint)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Bluebeam
- Ability to create dashboards, presentations, graphics, Gantt charts and track multiple ongoing activities
Education/Training
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, aviation, business, engineering, construction management, planning or other related technical field required.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant professional licensure &/or certifications are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a federal background check
Pay
Salary dependent on education and experience. Salary range: $133K-$153K
