About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a construction litigation attorney with at least 3 years’ experience in its Hartford office. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Briefing and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Leading written discovery efforts
- Handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Forward-facing client interactions
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Connecticut
- At least 3 years of experience in construction litigation
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research and writing
- Excellent litigation, persuasive speaking, and teamwork abilities
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Trial experience preferred but not required
