About the role

As a Construction Litigation Attorney at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, you will be part of a dynamic legal team committed to providing high-quality representation in complex construction disputes. Your responsibilities will include briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts. While trial experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina
• 3-7 years of experience in construction litigation
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic background

• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
