Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Prominent academic background
- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Experience briefing and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience leading written discovery efforts
- Trial experience preferred but not required

Pay
Current national base salary ranges: Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
