Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Construction Attorneys in our San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience, but we welcome all experience levels to apply. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities.

Requirements

• Driven team player with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
• Licensed to practice in California

Qualifications

• Complex litigation experience, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters
• Trial experience preferred
• Collaborative team member with experience working under skilled leaders and trial attorneys

Pay

The current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
